Medical Login Page

The Medical Login page allows a Medical Provider to access the HCF Medical Provider Portal. This page also has links to information that can be generally accessed by Medical Providers.

Logging In to the HCF Medical Provider Portal

In order to login to the portal enter your

• Department of Health Provider number,
• User name (this is always ‘admin’ for the administrator or e-mail address for other users)
• Password

in the fields on the left hand side of the screen and select the ‘Login’ button.

Applying for Access to the HCF Medical Provider Portal

If you have not previously accessed the HCF Medical Provider Portal click on the ‘Apply for Login’ link.

If your Medical Provider has already set up an administrative user, that person must create user profiles for any new users and they will provide you with a password.

Forgotten Your Password ?

If you have previously registered for the HCF Medical Provider Portal but have forgotten your password click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link. You need to enter your Provider Number and User name prior to selecting this link.

In the Wrong Place?

There are four HCF Provider sites for different types of providers. If you are not a Medical Provider and wish to go to a different portal click on the appropriate link on the right hand side of the screen.
