You can change your premium frequency at any time after your cover commencement date by calling us on 13 13 34 or visiting a branch.
The premium for Personal Accident Insurance is based on the level of cover you choose ($25,000 or $50,000). It does not increase with age.
From time to time, we may also change the Personal Accident Insurance premium for all policy holders to allow us to cover rising claims costs and better support our members’ needs. We’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance if your premium will change. To keep your Personal Accident Insurance policy active, you need to keep paying your premiums, even after they change.
Your policy will not commence until your payment has been processed successfully, which may take up to 5 business days.
