How do I know if I’m eligible for the free 12-month Sleepfit subscription?
You’re eligible for a free 12-month Sleepfit subscription if you’re an HCF member with hospital or extras cover^.

What if I paid for a Sleepfit subscription before the free offer was launched?
If you purchased a Sleepfit subscription using the 20% HCF discount from 1 January 2024, you may be able to get the cost of your subscription refunded. Just contact customercare@sleepfit.io with your account details to confirm your eligibility. Refund requests will not be honoured after 31 August 2024. 

How is my data managed and can HCF access my Sleepfit account?
To verify you're an HCF member eligible for the free 12-month subscription, Sleepfit will collect your first name, date of birth and membership number. These details won't be shared with HCF and HCF won't have access to any other personal information you provide to Sleepfit (including your health information). However, they'll share aggregated and de-identified information with HCF regarding your use of the service for evaluation purposes. See our privacy policy.

The only information Sleepfit will receive is the personal and health data you provide when you register for the Sleepfit app. Sleepfit manages your information in line with their privacy policy.
