The following documents are applicable to policies purchased from the effective date onwards.
Upon purchase of a policy, you'll be issued with a Welcome Pack which will include a copy of your Combined PDS, Policy Document and FSG, as well as your Policy Schedule. You may also receive change notices from us from time to time. Together, these documents form your policy terms.
The PDS that applies depends on the date your policy was originally issued. If you purchased a policy prior to the listed effective date and would like a copy of your policy terms, please contact us on 13 13 34.
