How it works
Register
First, register on the GP2U website. Then download the free GP2U app at the Google Play or Apple iTunes store.
Book your appointment
Select the type of health care provider you need and make a booking at a time that suits.
Options include: General Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Psychiatry.
Appointment reminder
A few minutes before your booking, you’ll receive a reminder SMS or email with a link that will take you directly into your appointment. Click to wait in a virtual waiting room until your appointment time.
Your appointment
Your appointment is a video call that lasts approximately 15 minutes. You’ll need a webcam (or your mobile phone camera) and a stable internet connection for it to work. If required, your GP2U doctor can recommend a follow-up appointment, refer you to a specialist or prescribe medication or tests.
