You can change your premium frequency at any time after your cover commencement date by calling us on 13 13 34 or visiting a branch.

The premium for Cash Back Cover is based on the level of cover you choose (single or family). This application is based on single level cover of $20,000 and only covers you. If you need family cover please call us on 1800 560 855 to speak with one of our friendly agents. The premium for Cash Back Cover doesn’t increase with age.

From time to time, we may also change the Cash Back Cover premium for all policy holders to allow us to cover rising claims costs and better support our members’ needs. We’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance if your premium will change. To keep your Cash Back Cover policy active, you need to keep paying your premiums, even after they change.

Your policy will not commence until your payment has been processed successfully, which may take up to 5 business days.
