The quickest way to get your claims paid is to set up direct credit, so we can pay your claims directly into your bank account. To do this you'll need to give us your bank account details. You can update your bank details by:
- logging in to online member services
- using the My Membership app
- calling us on 13 13 34 (Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm, Sat: 9am-5pm AEST/AEDT)
- visiting us in an HCF branch.

Save time and hassle by automating your premium payments at a frequency that suits you. This could be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or even yearly. You can do this by:
