Search HCF in the App Store or Google Play. Download the My Membership app. You'll need at least iOS 13 or Android 8. Android users can download from 29 February.

REGISTER

Tap ‘Register’ on the login page. Enter your membership number and the email connected to your policy.

VERIFY

Check your email and follow the verification link.

Minimum phone requirements

The app is compatible with Apple iOS 13/14/15+ and Android 8/9/10/11/12+.

If your phone doesn’t meet the minimum requirements you can access many of the same self-service features through online member services.

Primary policyholder login

Only the primary policyholder can currently log in to the app. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand giving access to other adults on your membership is important and we're currently working to make that happen. We'll update members as soon as multiple login access becomes available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* Android and Apple users with a supported device can scan the QR code on their digital card at providers with HICAPS Trinity payment terminals. Android users can also use tap-and-go (NFC) at providers with HICAPS VX, HICAPS Trinity or CommBank Smart Health payment terminals. Supported Apple devices run at least iOS 13. Supported Android devices run at least Android 8.
