Am I eligible for The COACH Program®?
You might be eligible if you're an HCF member and have:
- a heart-related condition or diabetes (clinical eligibility applies)
- had HCF hospital cover for at least 12 months that includes heart conditions and vascular system (excluding Ambulance Only, Accident Only Basic Cover and Overseas Visitors Health Cover).

How much does it cost?
If you're an eligible HCF member, you can take part for no extra cost.
Why is HCF offering The COACH Program?
We’re offering it to eligible members because, as Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund, we put people’s health before profit. It makes sense to us to help you stay healthy and out of hospital.
